Do you like colorful textiles that have been crafted with attention to detail as well with an eco-friendly mindset? I like to work with bright bits of fabric to create unique, beautiful, and useful pieces of textile art. I recycle, repurpose, and upcycle my left-over scraps from other projects to create new things.
These pieces are made with multiple cotton fabrics, pieced together and then quilted with cotton batting in the middle. A solid back is chosen to coordinate with each pieced front.
Each is unique. You can use them as a coaster or mat, or frame them for decoration.
I have been quilting for more than 30 years and wanted to create mini-quilts that were affordable, attractive, collectible, and still practical. These coasters are 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" finished size.
They can be washed as necessary in cold water with a light iron touchup if needed (avoid ironing the label).
