Drawing Amsterdam Dailies, Day 244. I think the purpose of today’s drawing was to get me to realize it’s time to bring out my pen and commit. I got involved with adding more detail than is necessary at this point. I was also doing this to figure out what was going on in the photo. The lines of the house boat blend into background. Since that’s in the front, I didn’t want the houseboat to look like it was added in as an after thought.
